In her research on Employee Happiness & Sustainable Performance, she explored how sustainable performance, health and job satisfaction can be achieved in modern working environments.

Lea supports women in leadership in strengthening clarity, presence, and self-leadership.
With over ten years of experience in leadership development and executive coaching for international companies such as Nestlé, Nespresso, and Deutsche Telekom, she combines systemic coaching with sound practical experience in transformation processes.
She is an ECA-certified Systemic Business Coach, wingwave® Coach and INSIGHTS MDI® Practitioner.
